We’re finalists in the Baking Industry Awards!!
We're very proud that our Multi-Seed Sourdough Bread is in the final three to win at the most prestigious awards in the baking industry.
Now in their 28th year, the Baking Industry Awards are run by market-leading magazine British Baker and reward the companies and individuals who are driving the UK baking industry forward.
The winners of the 2015 awards will be announced at a ceremony hosted by Claudia Winkleman at London's Park Lane Hilton on Wednesday 9th September and attended by around 800 guests.
We're extremely proud of our sourdough loaves and have worked hard to perfect the recipe over the years. We introduced the new multi-seed sourdough earlier this year and it's a huge privilege to have it recognised among the best products in bakeries nationwide by the most prestigious awards in the baking industry after a rigorous judging process.
The multi-seed sourdough bread has been shortlisted in the final three for the Speciality Bread Product of the Year category. We sell it as loaves and rolls and they're made using our famous sourdough in a three day process. They contain sunflower, linseed and pumpkin seeds as well as oats, rye flour and wheat bran.
The multi-seed sourdough is available in all 11 shops, which are within 25 miles of our Wilton bakery, in Amesbury, Blandford, Devizes, Ringwood, Romsey, Salisbury (Butcher Row and Silver Street), Shaftesbury, Warminster, Wilton and Winchester.
