Doughnut Week to raise money for Naomi House
We're running ‘Doughnut Week’ in our 11 shops from Monday 3rd to Sunday 9th March. During the week, 20p from the sale of every pack of three doughnuts will be donated to children’s hospice, Naomi House.
We've been supporting Naomi House for fifteen years and during that time have raised over £50,000 for the hospice near Winchester, which provides support for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
Last year our customers helped us raise almost £4,000 during ‘Doughnut Week’ by buying freshly made doughnuts and donating money.
This year, the money raised will pay for a range of wonderful play activities at Naomi House, including arts, crafts and day trips out – giving the children lots of fun times whilst they are staying at the hospice.
We’re proud to support such a worthwhile cause, especially as they enter the next exciting stage of developing their facilities with the Caterpillar Appeal.
We spoke to Tina Starbuck, Corporate Fundraiser at Naomi House: “We are delighted that Reeve the Baker is supporting us again with ‘Doughnut Week’. It’s one of the easiest ways to help Naomi House as you get to treat yourself with a delicious jam doughnut! Reeves has been an absolutely fantastic fundraiser for us over many years and we’re grateful for the ongoing support of their customers.”
